Private pay and out-of-network benefits
Private-pay clients are generally responsible for the standard fee. Fees are reviewed before care begins, and limited reduced-fee arrangements may be available depending on clinician availability, service type, and practice capacity. Out-of-network reimbursement may also be available depending on the client’s plan.
Client responsibility
Copays, deductibles, coinsurance, non-covered services, and missed appointments may still apply. Benefits are verified before billing begins, but verification is not a guarantee of payment. Network participation and effective dates are confirmed when relevant.
