When insurance is active
Eligible services may be billed through an in-network plan when Stonebridge is active with that plan and the service is covered.
What may remain your responsibility
- Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
- Services your plan does not cover.
- Private-pay or administrative services.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations.
Verification of benefits can help estimate coverage, but it is not a guarantee of payment. Final responsibility depends on the plan, claim processing, signed financial agreements, and applicable law or contract requirements.

Late cancellations and no-shows
Stonebridge requests at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled appointments may be charged and cannot be billed to insurance.
